This one day event aims to provide an insight into Radiology careers and training. We are aiming the topics at Junior Doctors (F1/F2) and all Medical Students who might consider a career in Radiology.
One session will comprise of a handful of talks highlighting how far Radiology has come, what it’s like to be a Radiologist, training, the application process and what the future holds. There will also be a dedicated talk on Interventional Radiology.

The cost is £10, this includes lunch and refreshments! Those who are currently employed or training within the South West Peninsula Deanery will have their cheques refunded on the day.

Feedback from previous events
"I recently attended the 'Introduction to Radiology' day held at the Peninsula Radiology Academy in Plymouth. Not only was the day well organised and informative but there was also plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get hands on experience with some of the technical equipment, all in a very friendly relaxed atmosphere."
